Advice & Information For Stall Holders

Indoor venues
Electricity, chairs and a table will be provided to all that require it, except Rochester & Maidstone. All tables are allocated and you will be directed to your pitch when you arrive. Subject to space, provided that access is not affected, and at the discretion of Midas Leisure, a small additional table can be placed behind/at the side of your 'official' table. We do however ask that you consider other stall holders when claiming your pitch. If you have any particular requests please indicate on your booking form and although we cannot promise, we will try our best. 

Electrical Equipment IMPORTANT NOTICE Re; PAT Testing
Some of our fairs are held in Ballrooms where natural light is limited. We therefore recommend that you bring small lamps with you to enhance your display. We must stress however that all items of electrical equipment must have a current PAT (Portable Appliance Test) Certificate. This is a requirement of all our venues and cannot be breached under any circumstances. Your equipment can be tested on-site or prior to an event. PAT testing costs a few pounds and certificates last a year. Brand new equipment and extension leads must also be tested.

Outdoor Venues
Please bring your own tables/stands/gazebo and chairs appropriate for the size of the pitch booked.
Each exhibitor will be provided with stand space as requested on the booking form.
Stand allocations will be made taking into account the nature of the produce and the general layout of the venue and once such allocation has been made no changes will be permitted. You will be directed to your pitch when you arrive.
Limited 6ft pitches are available with roof cover. These will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. If you want the limited cover in the barn please put it on the booking form.

All Events
Unloading time takes place from 8.00am at all of our craft fairs.
Any table unclaimed at 9.30am will be resold or re-allocated.
No 'packing-up' before the official close of the fair - i.e. 4.00pm.
Leave your pitch as you found it, disposing of your rubbish appropriately.
A non refundable (and non transferable) deposit of £10 per stall per day is due at the time of booking
Should you wish to cancel your booking please inform us at least 28 days before the event otherwise you will still be liable for the balance
Midas Leisure will not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of stock or equipment.

Public Liability Insurance
Public Liability Insurance is now mandatory at all events, if you do not have insurance you can be added to our insurance for £5 per event, this will cover you for £5,000,000 Public Liability only, this will not cover any loss of stock or personal injury to yourself or your staff, if you want to be added to our insurance you must pay this with your deposits.

Without insurance you will not be able to trade at our events.
