Food & Drink Stall Guides & Booking
Each stall (measuring 6ft x 2ft 6inches) and costs:
£32 per day at Herne Bay (on the sea front) and Dover Town Hall (on the main shopping street) - free entry.
£45 at Maidstone - free entry for the public
£50 per day at Rochester - coincides with the Dickensian Christmas Festival in December, located around Rochester High Street. Tables and chairs not supplied. Stalls must be cleared overnight.
Herne Bay, Canterbury and Dover (tables chairs and electricity supplied).
Quex Park Estate
Outside Pitches - tables and chairs not supplied. Each 10ft x 10ft space costs £45 per day or £85 for the weekend.
A stall can be reserved for a non-returnable and and non-transferable deposit of £10 per day for each stall. Electricity can be supplied to all who require it (none at Quex Park Estate), please read important information on using electrical equipment on our Advice & Information Section »»
Cheques made payable to MJ & JJ Cairns. If you require a receipt you must enclose a stamped addressed envelope (preferably large) or give an email address. We do not issue any correspondence without this. Payments can also be made to email@example.com via PAYPAL. Please add £2.00 extra for each stall (administration charge) and email us to advise that a PayPal payment has been made.
Full payment must be received at least 28 days before the event. Failure to comply will result in your stall being re-sold.
