A £10 deposit per stall per day will secure your stall.

A surcharge of £2.00 per stall per transaction applies for this method, Bank details for bank transfer available on request (no extra charge).
Receipts will be issue on provision of a SAE or email address.
Deposits are neither refundable nor transferable and no subletting of any stall or space.
Full payment must be received at least 28 days before the event. Failure to comply may result in your stall being re-sold, if you are booking within the 28 days, full payment is required for that fair.
If you decide to cancel please inform us at least 28 days before the event otherwise you will still be liable for any balance. In the event of non payment this balance will be deducted from any future bookings we hold in your name.
Midas Leisure reserve the right to cancel any booking and repay any monies paid should the need arise and any table unclaimed 30 minutes before the due start will be resold or re-allocated.
A table and chairs will be provided to all that require it (except for Quex, Maidstone and Rochester). Electricity is freely available at all venues except Quex.
All tables/spaces are allocated in advance and you will be directed to your pitch when you arrive.
Some of our fairs are held in rooms where natural light is limited and we therefore recommend that you bring small lamps with you to enhance your display. However any electrical items must have a current P.A.T (portable appliance test) certificate. This is a requirement of all our indoor venues and cannot be breached under any circumstances. Your equipment can be tested on the day at the cost of £4 per item and lasts one year. Brand new equipment and extension leads must also be tested.
Public Liability Insurance is needed at all events now, if you don't have insurance you can be added to our insurance for £5 per event, this will cover you for £5 million Public Liability only, this will not cover any loss of stock or personal injury to yourself or your staff, if you want to be added to our insurance you must pay this with your deposits.
Unloading takes place from 8.00am to 9.30am, except Quex (See special notes for Quex). All Fairs run 10am to 4pm except Rochester witch is 10am to 5pm. We ask that you respect this request and keep to this time and to be fair to all traders. No 'packing-up' before the official close of the fair.
Please leave your 'pitch' as you find it disposing of your rubbish appropriately.
Midas Leisure will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of stock or equipment.
Special notes for Quex
This is an outdoor event and we cannot be held responsible for the weather, please be prepared for all eventualities. Please bring your own tables and chairs and gazebo. No electricity is available. Unloading and setting up of stalls is from 7am on Saturday, 8am - 9.30am on Sunday, it is also possible from 4pm - 7pm on the Friday night prior to the event. Hazard lights must be on when cars are moving around the site - maximum speed limit 5mph. No vehicles allowed on the site after 9.45am and none allowed on site until 4pm unless in an emergency and then only when accompanied by a marshall.
If you book both days you will get a £5 discount.
Special notes for Rochester
All stalls and stock must be removed from the premises overnight. Please bring your own 6ft table and chairs. Electricity supplied.
Special notes for Maidstone
Please bring your own 6ft table. Electricity supplied.
If you do jewellery of any kind on your stall you must put it on the booking form, if it is not on the form and have it at the fair, you will be asked to remove it from your table.
